Netflix's enhanced customization features and extensive catalog will appeal to those who prefer online-only browsing and mailbox delivery. Blockbuster's online plans have some nice features like free in-store rentals as well as the ability to return movies to a local store. The blockbuster plan seems to offer people "more bang for their buck" as they receive their movies in the mail PLUS they receive free in-store rentals as well.
